In one line

You can delete your HEXSORT account and everything attached to it, either from inside the game or by emailing hello@arviaitech.com. Deletion is permanent, free, and completed within 30 days.

1. Delete from inside the game (fastest)

Open HEXSORT and sign in, if you are not already signed in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and cloud-saved progress are queued for deletion immediately.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in — for example you have uninstalled the game, or lost access to your sign-in provider — email hello@arviaitech.com with the subject “Delete my HEXSORT account”, sent from the email address you signed in with. Please include:

The email address or sign-in method used for the account.
Your in-game display name, if you set one.

We verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before deleting anything; if we cannot verify it, we may ask for more information or decline the request. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days.

3. Delete only the data on your device

Level progress, unlocked levels, stars and your sound setting are stored on your device and are not linked to any account until you sign in. To erase them:

Android: Settings → Apps → HEXSORT → Storage → Clear data, or simply uninstall the game.
Web: clear site data for the HEXSORT page in your browser settings.

This removes local progress immediately and does not require a request to us.

4. What gets deleted

5. What we keep, and why

Aggregated and anonymised statistics — for example “how many players cleared level 12”. These cannot identify you and are not deleted.
Records we are legally required to keep — such as transaction, tax and accounting records, retained for the period the law requires.
Security and abuse records — a minimal record where we need it to prevent fraud, abuse or a repeat ban, kept for up to 12 months.
Encrypted backups — deleted data can persist in routine backups and is purged within 90 days, after which it is unrecoverable.

6. Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Your progress, unlocked levels and stars cannot be restored.
It cannot be undone once processing has begun.
Any unused in-game items or currency are forfeited and are not refundable.
Deleting your HEXSORT account does not delete your Google account, and does not cancel any subscription bought through Google Play — manage those in the Play Store.
You can keep playing after deletion, as a guest, with fresh local progress.
