HEXSORT is published by Arvi AI Tech (“we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

As of this version, HEXSORT works fully offline. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The only data it keeps is four values in your device’s local app storage: your current level, your unlocked levels, your best star rating per level, and your sound on/off preference. That data never leaves your device, and we never see it.
Sections 3–5 describe accounts, advertising and analytics, which we are preparing to introduce. Those sections apply from the release in which each feature ships. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent in the app before any such collection begins.
Level progress, unlocked levels, star ratings and your sound setting are stored locally (browser storage on the web, app storage on Android). Removing the app, or clearing its storage, erases this data. No account is required to play.
Signing in is optional and is used to back up progress and restore it on another device.
We never receive or store your password for those services.

Where personalised advertising applies, this information may be used to build an interest profile and show you more relevant ads. Where we are required to obtain consent, we do so first, and ads are non-personalised if you decline (see section 6).
If you email us, we keep your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include, so we can reply and keep a record of the issue.
Precise or GPS location, contacts, calendar, photos, files, SMS, call logs, microphone audio, camera images, health data and biometric data. HEXSORT requests no runtime device permissions beyond network access.

If you are in India, we process personal data for these purposes on the basis of your consent or as a legitimate use permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above: our advertising network, our analytics and crash-reporting provider, our authentication and cloud-save backend, and Google Play for distribution and app integrity. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies, including Google’s privacy policy and Firebase’s privacy and security information.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, receive a portable copy, and not be subject to unlawful automated decision-making. To exercise any of these, email hello@arviaitech.com; we respond within the time the law allows, which is 30 days in most cases. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK the ICO, in India the Data Protection Board.
California residents. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data for personalised advertising may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out by declining ad consent in the game, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
HEXSORT is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where data leaves the UK, EEA or India, it is protected by an approved transfer mechanism such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and account data is held in access-controlled managed services. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the “Last updated” date. If the change is significant — for example a new category of data collection — we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and, where required, ask for fresh consent.
